刘欣，女，中共党员，河海大学地理与遥感学院地理科学系研究员。2011年本科毕业于南京大学，2017年博士毕业于南京大学。历任南京大学助理研究员、副研究员。
长期从事区域磷循环及其环境效应研究，重点围绕食物生产与消费系统的磷可持续性开展研究。通过构建磷流层级模拟模型，研发具有高时空分辨率的磷排放测算方法，探明了食物系统磷代谢长期演变规律，揭示了磷排放及其环境效应的时空异质性，为推动食物系统磷可持续管理提供了科学基础和决策依据。现已发表论文40余篇，总被引1600余次。其中，以第一/通讯作者发表论文17篇，主要发表在PNAS、WRR、RCR等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等科研项目，授权国家发明专利4项，获批软件著作权5项，入选江苏省“双创博士”。目前担任《Resources, Environment and Sustainability》和《Journal of Environmental Management》期刊副主编、中国生态学学会第十一届青年工作委员会副秘书长、中国环境科学学会循环经济分会委员等学术兼职。
